Vocabology is a free app from ThatWith.Me, LLC that easily helps students build their vocabulary. Learning through repetition encourages a learning behavior that will allow for success. This app is also good for foreign language students learning new vocabulary. Vocabology supports Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Portuguese. When I interview students who have failed a state exam or scored low on other reading exams, one of their main weaknesses was vocabulary. One of the learning prescriptions we assign to increase their ability to succeed next testing cycle is a vocabulary regimen. This app can help students build a strong vocabulary.
