Dipity – Stunning Interactive Timelines

By

– March 5, 2012Posted in: Classroom Tools, Electives, English, High School, High School, High School, Middle School, Middle School, Middle School, Science, Social Studies, Technology / Media / Engagement Tools

Dipity allows students to research a topic online and create a free timeline. Dipity’s mission is to organize the content on the web by date and time.  Students can create engaging timelines using video, images, text, social media, audio, locations, and timestamps.  Once the student finishes the timeline it can be easily shared and embedded in projects or websites.  These timelines are visually stunning and serve as a great tool for student projects that can be used in an interactive way.
