CELLS alive – Interactive Study of Cells

CELLS alive is the creation of Jim Sullivan that spans over thirty years.  CELLS alive includes film and images of living cells and organisms.  The site is really well organized with easy to use menus and features.  Jim did a great job identifying and labeling each part of the featured topic.  Students will find this site easy to use and laid out in a way that promotes learning.  He does a good job displaying and illustrating vocabulary that promotes science learning.  This site is a great way for students to engage in the study of cells and organism.  He includes some quizzes to help check student knowledge retention.  Teachers, how can you use this technology in your classroom?
