VoiceThread is group discussion around media.  So how does that work in the classroom?  VoiceThread could be used to create or enhance a lesson with media. It is an advanced media presentation where you can add voice using a mic or telephone, write notes using text or scribble, an audio file or using your webcam.  VoiceThread is completely collaborative where students can leave comments through teacher moderation.  VoiceThread can be emailed or embedded on websites and online learning platforms such as Edmodo to deliver content. This tool has many uses in the classroom.  Visit the digital library to see how other teachers use VoiceThread.  This is one of those must see tools.  I have used this tool in a traditional classroom to duplicate myself where students watch me as I walk around the room checking understanding.
